OUR PROCESS

FEASIBILITY
During the feasibility phase, we conduct an assessment of the site or property. We take the time to understand your design goals, vision, and preferences, while also discussing your timeline and budget expectations for the project.

RESEARCH + CONCEPT
Our studio researches inspiration and ideas based on the client's needs and requirements. This includes creation of mood boards and preliminary designs to visualize the overall direction of the project. The client reviews and provides feedback on these initial concepts.

LAYOUT DESIGN
This phase includes furniture placement and optimizing room configurations. In the case of renovations, structural elements such as walls or windows may be altered to improve flow and function. These plans are presented to the client for approval before moving forward.

DEVELOPMENT
With the layout finalized, we refine the details of the project. This includes selecting specific materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting, as well as color schemes and textiles. You will receive detailed elevations or 3D renderings prepared to illustrate the final design vision.

PRODUCTION
We have developed construction details, if requested. After that we develop fully detailed finishes schedules for every area in the project.

MOBILISATION
After the contractor is appointed, we review the design proposals with them. Also, we provide guidance on any specialized sub-contracted aspects of the project and support them in coordinating resources as needed for a smooth execution.

CONSTRUCTION
This phase focuses on the execution of the design. Contractors begin any necessary work, such as carpentry, electrical work, or plumbing. Once construction is complete, furniture, fixtures, and accessories are installed.

POST PC
In the final phase, the designer adds the finishing touches, including arranging furniture, hanging artwork, placing décor, and ensuring everything is styled to perfection.
